  • All sessions are conducted online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. This allows you to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Online therapy offers convenience and accessibility, making it suitable for many individuals. It works best if you have a private space and are comfortable using technology. However, it may not be appropriate for those experiencing severe mental health crises.

  • In our initial session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your personal history, and your goals. Together, we'll develop a plan tailored to your needs.

  • Standard sessions are 55 minutes. If you're interested in longer sessions, please contact me to discuss availability and pricing.

  • We typically start with weekly sessions to build momentum. As you progress, we can adjust the frequency to bi-weekly or monthly, based on your needs and goals.
